Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy goes one step further and addresses the emotional and psychological aspects of change, stress and other factors that often inhibit the realization of self or professional development. It is an evidence-based approach that is substantiated by an extensive body of scientific research.

For clients wishing to focus on stress manangement and resilience building, I use an integrative and tailored approach, selectively drawing upon elements of Clinical Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness. Depending on a person’s objectives, only a few sessions are typically required to achieve sustainable results, especially when combined with Clinical Hypnotherapy, which is a safe and highly effective intervention.  Hypnotherapy is increasingly used by the medical professional particularly for pain management and can be described as “highly focused, attention training”.
